At 2pun.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a fair and transparent returns policy as outlined below.
Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, due to the unique nature of these products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product:

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

We may request a photo of the item to confirm the issue.

If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a pre-paid returns label.

You can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
Change of Mind Returns
If you’ve simply changed your mind about a product:

You have the right to return it within 30 days, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We will provide the return address, but you must arrange and pay for tracked postage.

Refunds will cover the original order value (including the original shipping fee), once the item has been successfully returned.
Refund Process

Order Cancellations & Amendments

Standard (non-personalised) products: Orders can be cancelled or amended up until the point of dispatch.

Personalised items: Once confirmed, these orders cannot be cancelled or amended unless you notify us immediately after purchase. This is because production often begins straight away, and custom products cannot be resold.
This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Please double-check your personalisation details carefully before placing your order.
